Exhibition Trends - Insights from London & Barcelona
Drawing
from our recent participation in International Confex and Workspace
Design Show in London, alongside Integrated Systems Europe in Barcelona,
a clear direction is emerging in the evolution of exhibition spaces.
Integrated Systems Europe
confirms how technology is now fully embedded within spatial design.
Audiovisual integration, immersive environments, and interactive content
are no longer complementary elements, but fundamental components
shaping how visitors engage with a brand.
At the same time, both International Confex and Workspace Design Show
highlight a growing focus on flexibility and workplace-inspired
environments. Exhibition stands are increasingly conceived as hybrid
spaces—blending hospitality, collaboration, and storytelling into more
fluid and human-centered experiences.
Across
all three events, sustainability remains a consistent underlying theme,
influencing material choices, construction systems, and long-term
usability.
These themes are further explored in our article, “How Innovations and Experimental Design Are Changing Exhibition Experiences”,
where we reflect on how experimental approaches, new technologies, and
narrative-driven environments are redefining the relationship between
brands and audiences.
At Studiostand,
these insights translate directly into our design approach—where
technology, adaptability, and spatial identity converge to create
meaningful exhibition experiences.
