This year the event was particularly future-oriented thanks to the Vision stage area for exploring the latest consumer trends and make your business profitable.
Moreover, the urgency for action for a more sustainable industry encouraged exhibitors to propose solutions to reduce food waste.

The TechX stage was dedicated to the digital products and technologies available to improve the hospitality industry. There we met a new friend: a robot that is ready to respond to your cleaning expectations, but be careful not to get in the way during his cleaning or it will become a little bit nervous!

Even if It was hard to focus when we were surrounded by appetizing food, we have been inspired by the ways of branding of some exhibitors who created booths able to catch the eye and consequently attract visitors.
